Only manager of the operations can extend the expiry dates
of the for the operators license to drive the forklift
The supervisor is the only person to instruct operators to drive the
forklift while the operator still waiting for his schedule training dates
The operator licence to drive the forklift does not have an expiry dates
Only trained and certified workers may operate a forklift

Question 3: Forklift Maintenance

Forklift found to be in unsafe operating condition. Complete the
task than remove from service,hand over to maintenance to repair
Repair and maintain according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
So long as you are inside and driving the forklift the PPE is not required
The operations manager can instruct any mechanic to repair
the forklift , so long as he is a qualified diesel mechanic

Check safe working load (SWL) of racking before placing loads onto it
